Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of TackOn FSM, a product of TackOn LLC (“TackOn LLC”, “we”, “us”). By using TackOn FSM you agree to these Terms.

1. The service

TackOn FSM is field-service management software for contracting businesses — scheduling, dispatch, estimates, invoicing, payments, inventory, and related communications. We may update the service over time.

2. Accounts & acceptable use

You are responsible for your account, your users, and the accuracy of the data you enter. Do not misuse the service, attempt to disrupt it, or use it to violate any law or the rights of others.

3. Billing

Paid plans are billed through our payment processor on the terms presented at purchase. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or expressly stated.

4. Customer communications

TackOn FSM includes tools that let a contracting business communicate with its own customers (for example, appointment reminders and status updates) from the business’s own account. When you use those tools you are the sender: you are responsible for obtaining any consent required to contact your customers and for the content of those communications. This contractor-to-customer messaging is separate from, and is not part of, the first-party “TackOn LLC SMS Communications” program described in Section 9.

9. SMS messaging

Where you opt in, TackOn LLC sends SMS through the “TackOn LLC SMS Communications” program (a Mixed A2P 10DLC use case) to people who request a demo, start a free trial, hold an account, or contact support for a TackOn LLC product — for demo confirmations and scheduling, free-trial onboarding, account notifications, product information related to your request, and customer-support follow-ups. Consent is collected via an unchecked-by-default checkbox and is never a condition of purchase. Message frequency varies; message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out and HELP for help. Full program terms, opt-out keywords, and sample messages are at /sms-consent. This SMS program is operated in accordance with the A2P 10DLC requirements of The Campaign Registry.

10. Disclaimers & liability

The service is provided “as is.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, TackOn LLC disclaims implied warranties and is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
