TackOn FSM is a product of TackOn LLC. This SMS program is operated by TackOn LLC and applies across all TackOn LLC products — BuildCrux, TackOn FSM, TackOn Table, and TackOn Connect.
Who sends these messages
Messages are sent by TackOn LLC to people who request a demo, start a free trial, hold an account, or contact support for a TackOn LLC product (TackOn FSM, BuildCrux, TackOn Table). They relate to your request, your trial or account, and the support you ask for. This is first-party messaging from TackOn LLC to its own prospects and customers; TackOn LLC does not send marketing blasts through this program.
What messages you may receive
- Demo-request confirmations, scheduling, and reminders
- Free-trial onboarding and setup help
- Account notifications (e.g., subscription, billing receipts, security)
- Product updates and information related to your request
- Customer support replies and follow-up communications related to your request
How you opt in
Consent is collected through an explicit, unchecked-by-default opt-in checkbox shown directly beneath the phone-number field on the TackOn FSM demo-request form at tackonfsm.com/request-demo (and at free-trial signup). You may also opt in by replying to a support conversation you initiate. Consent is never a condition of purchase or of using TackOn FSM. The exact disclosure presented at opt-in is:
“I agree to receive text messages from TackOn LLC regarding my request, appointments, account notifications, customer support, onboarding, and product-related communications. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out and HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of purchase.”
Message frequency
Message frequency varies and is event-driven (for example, when you request a demo, your trial onboarding begins, or an account notification is sent). There are no scheduled or batched marketing sends.

Opt out & help
Reply STOP (or OPTOUT, CANCEL, END, QUIT, UNSUBSCRIBE, REVOKE, STOPALL) to any message to stop receiving texts. Reply HELP (or INFO) for help. Reply START (or UNSTOP) to resubscribe. You can also email support@tackonfsm.com.

Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan. TackOn LLC does not charge you for messages.
