TackOn FSM is a product of TackOn LLC (“TackOn LLC”, “we”, “us”). This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and your choices. It covers the TackOn FSM website and application.

1. Information we collect

  • Account & contact details you provide (name, business name, email, phone number).
  • Operational data you enter to run your business (customers, jobs, estimates, invoices, inventory).
  • Usage and device/diagnostic data to keep the service reliable and secure.
  • Payment details, processed by our payment processor — we do not store full card numbers.

2. How we use information

To provide and operate TackOn FSM, process transactions, send service and account communications you have opted into, provide support, secure the service, and meet legal obligations. We do not sell your personal information.

3. Sharing

We share information only with service providers who help us run TackOn FSM (such as hosting, database, payment, email, and SMS/voice messaging providers) under contract, and where required by law. We do not share your information with third parties for their own marketing.

9. SMS / text messaging

Where you opt in, TackOn LLC sends SMS to people who request a demo, start a free trial, hold an account, or contact support for a TackOn LLC product — for demo confirmations and scheduling, free-trial onboarding, account notifications (subscription, billing receipts, security), product information related to your request, and customer-support follow-ups. Consent is collected via an unchecked-by-default checkbox and is never a condition of purchase. Reply STOP to opt out and HELP for help. Message frequency varies; message and data rates may apply. Mobile information, SMS opt-in data, and consent records are not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

10. Your choices & contact
