Delete your account & data

TackOn FSM (Android package com.tackon.invoice) is a product of TackOn LLC (“TackOn LLC”, “we”, “us”). This page explains how to request deletion of your TackOn FSM account and the data associated with it, what is removed, and what (if anything) we are required to keep.

1. How to request deletion

Email support@tackonfsm.com from the email address on your TackOn FSM account, with the subject “Delete my account.” That is all we need to start the process.

We verify that the request comes from the account owner before any data is removed. No login is required to read this page; verification happens when we process the request. If your version of the app offers an in-app deletion option in Settings, you can use that instead — it submits the same request.

2. What gets deleted

When your deletion request is processed, we permanently remove:

  • Your account and profile, and your sign-in credentials.
  • The business data tied to your account — including customers, jobs, estimates, invoices, inventory, photos, and files you uploaded.
  • Device push tokens and in-app preferences.

3. What we keep, and for how long

We retain only records we are legally or financially required to keep — for example transaction, payment, tax, and accounting records — for the period required by law (typically up to 7 years), after which they are deleted. Aggregated or anonymized data that can no longer identify you may be retained. We do not keep your deleted account data for any other purpose, and we do not sell it.

4. How long it takes

We acknowledge your request within 7 days and complete deletion within 30 days. We email you a confirmation once it is done.
