Inventory & truck stock

See warehouse and van stock, with parts deducted as techs log them on jobs.

See what is in the warehouse and on each truck in one place — and watch warehouse stock come down automatically as techs log the parts they use on jobs.

Inventory Intelligence flags the items below their reorder point, estimates how many days of stock you have left based on how fast you use it, and points out dead stock that is tying up cash. Owners and finance roles also see the value of what is on the shelf at cost.

Highlights

  • Warehouse + van stock in one view
  • Auto-deduct when techs log parts
  • Below-reorder-point list
  • Days-of-stock-left and dead-stock views

How it works

  1. Your stock levels live in TackOn, by warehouse and by truck.
  2. A tech logs a part on a job from the app.
  3. That part comes off warehouse stock automatically.
  4. The inventory view shows what is below its reorder point and how many days you have left at your current pace.

Questions

Does stock go down automatically?

Yes. When a tech logs a part on a job, it is deducted from warehouse stock right away.

Does it tell me when I am running low?

Yes, on screen: items below their reorder point are listed, along with an estimate of how many days of stock you have left. Push alerts are not built yet.

Can it create purchase orders or move stock between the warehouse and trucks?

Not yet. Purchase orders, receiving, counts, and warehouse-to-truck transfers are on the way.
